A bit disappointed as I had asked the seller to downgrade to Mojave and they agreed. Upon arrival, the computer had Catalina still installed. Luckily, I’m tech savvy and was able to do the downgrade myself but it required a lot of time and effort to source the old files. Additionally, shipping took over a week, more than the 4 days advertised but this isn’t the seller’s fault, just more of an FYI. Overall it was a good experience and the computer is exactly as described otherwise.
